You don't have to be injured to improve how you move. Whether you're a runner looking to improve your running form, a footballer wanting to become quicker and sharper, or an athlete looking to take your performance further, understanding how you move can help you get more out of your body.

Becoming the person I needed as an athlete

I've played football since the age of six, left home at 16 to pursue a full-time career and experienced the highs, setbacks and injuries that come with sport.

Looking back, I lacked the individual guidance to understand my movement, identify what I was missing and develop my body beyond simply training harder. That experience helped shape the therapist and coach I am today.

I want to become the person I needed when I was an athlete: someone who looks beyond the obvious, understands the individual and helps them unlock their potential.

It's not just about strength. It's how you move.

You can be strong and fit but still have potential to improve your movement, efficiency and control. I assess how you move, manage forces and coordinate your body through the demands of your sport. Looking at the whole movement system helps me identify opportunities to improve.

What we work on

  • Running mechanics: Explore your running form, rhythm, coordination and efficiency.
  • Sharper athletic movement: Develop acceleration, deceleration, agility and changes of direction.
  • Movement accuracy and control: Improve how you coordinate movement, manage positions and produce or absorb force.
  • Strength and capacity: Build the physical qualities needed to support your performance and tolerate greater demands.
  • Injury risk reduction: Identify potential limitations, improve preparation and build resilience to the demands of your training and sport.

Performance sessions

Take your care beyond the treatment room and your training beyond the gym. Through our sessions, we'll assess how you move in practice, work on specific areas for improvement and develop drills that transfer to your running, sport and training.

This isn't about forcing everyone into the same technique. It's about understanding your movement, identifying what you need and building a plan around your goals.

Whether you're a runner, footballer, athlete or simply someone who wants to move better, the aim is to help you become stronger, sharper and more capable.

I know what it's like to want more from your performance without having the right guidance. Now, I use my experience and clinical knowledge to help others understand what's missing, develop their potential and raise their ceiling.
