Knee pain can take away your confidence, disrupt your training and leave you questioning whether you'll ever get back to doing what you love. I understand that frustration because I've lived it myself.

As a footballer, I suffered an LCL rupture that required knee reconstruction, spending 18 months out injured between 2010 and 2012. I had to rebuild my knee, my strength and my confidence to get back to playing.

That experience helped shape the therapist and coach I am today. It's a big part of why I'm passionate about helping others navigate their own injuries and find their way back.

How I can help you

Over the years, I've helped many people overcome knee pain, rebuild strength and return to the activities they thought they might have to give up, from running and gym training to competitive elite-level sport.

I will assess your knee fully: the ligaments, tendons, location of your pain and the actions or movements that cause you issues.

I also look beyond the painful knee. I want to understand why your symptoms are occurring, what your body is struggling to manage and what needs to change to help you move forwards.

My approach considers your injury, strength, mobility, training load and how your foot, ankle, hip and pelvis work together to manage movement and forces.

Whether you're experiencing pain around the kneecap, patellar tendon pain, running-related knee pain, Osgood-Schlatter disease or recovering from surgery, your rehabilitation should be built around you, not a generic exercise programme.

Our work together may include hands-on treatment where appropriate, progressive strengthening, movement assessment, load management and a structured return to running, the gym or sport.

The goal isn't just to reduce pain. It's to rebuild your capacity, restore your confidence and help you return to the activities that matter to you.

My own journey taught me that recovery isn't always straightforward, and progress isn't simply about time. It's about understanding your body, finding the right approach and building towards meaningful milestones.

I've been through that process myself, and I've helped many others do the same. Now, I combine that lived experience with my clinical knowledge to help you find your way back.
