I want to help you feel, move and perform better than you have previously and guide you towards your dream outcome.

Whether that’s gardening, playing with your children without pain, completing a 10k or marathon, back playing your sport or hitting a PB in the gym.

I believe that Rehab is training when an injury is present and that active work produces active results. I will assess and guide you through movements and exercises which have a big emphasis on causes of your pain and injury vs solely focusing on the site of symptoms.

With every client, I tailor a treatment plan together following an assessment during our session together that fits in with your schedule and lifestyle.

The exercises and movements within your plan will be specific to what your body and system lacks and therefore needs with a clear intention to maximise your function and keep you progressing closer to your goals.
