What to expect from Therapybod during your Session?

A typical session with Miles will consist of a full and detailed health history, discussion of client goals and priorities, objective assessment, full posture observation, Myofascial Release and/or other Manual Therapy Techniques, Movement Training, General Education and Self-care Protocol.

Constant support for questions on self-care is available through email and video. Video and photograph will be used to document progress.

The amount of sessions needed varies from client to client, depending on the client’s history, goals, priorities as well as consistency with homework and self-care.

Miles aim through the use of his skills and knowledge is to not only identify the cause of pain and dysfunction, but ultimately to correct it very quickly and often always quite painlessly.
